Ordering & Delivery

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, select the items you want, choose your size and color, then click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, head to your cart and click "Checkout." Follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and payment information. You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) and overnight options are also available at checkout for an additional fee. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package in real time. You can also log into your account and view your order status under "My Orders."

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that. Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging, then contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

How do I initiate a return?

Log into your account, navigate to "My Orders," and select the order containing the item you wish to return. Click "Start a Return," choose your reason, and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within one business day. Drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email notification when the refund is issued.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. To exchange for a different size or color, initiate a return as described above and select "Exchange" as your reason. Add your preferred replacement item in the exchange form. We'll ship the new item as soon as we confirm your return is in transit.

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" at the top of any page. Enter your name, email address, and a password of your choice. You'll receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account. An account lets you track orders, save your shipping addresses, and access your order history.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you a secure link to reset your password. The link expires after 30 minutes for security. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder.
