1. Our Return Window
We stand behind every item we sell. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return for a full refund. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. The return window begins on the date of confirmed delivery as recorded by the shipping carrier.
2. Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged — with all original tags still attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible. Clothing that shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, log into your account and navigate to "My Orders." Select the relevant order and click "Start a Return." Choose the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within one business day. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is confirmed.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and our team has inspected it (typically within 2 business days of receipt), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed on our end.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase, gift cards, downloadable or digital products, and items that have been personalized, customized, or altered. For hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear are also non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shop.example.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no cost to you, and you will not be required to return the damaged item. We take quality issues very seriously and appreciate you letting us know.
